Beautiful winter’s day, all of 20 degrees, so I went down the coast. Stopped at the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society at Albion Park, and drooled for two hours. Lots of old geezers fixing up planes they used to fly in war and peace.
I then headed to Nan Tien Temple, which seemed like it catered to the tourist rather than the mind. But you could walk up a huge hill beside it, and I did, and I was alone and peaceful. It was wonderfully serene and secluded up there.
On the way home I stopped at Stanwell Tops, but the sun was long gone, and the temperature dropped into single digits. I got some frames before the fingers went numb.
